Job Description

- Reporting line to Area Director HR, 12 months limited contract -

You are a passionate advocate of how the delivery of brilliant Human Resources support can add true value to an organization, and you're someone who genuinely believes in the wider business benefits it can bring to a company and the team.

You will be part of the central HR Team and support the company's plan to automate 80% of everyday HR administrative tasks through our freshly implemented key HR Information Systems (Workday for HCM and Performance & Talent Management, harri our top-notch Applicant Tracking System and Cornerstone our Learning Management System).

Your main HRIS specialist tasks will cover:

• Acting as administrator & Super user of all HRIS
• Confirmation of data accuracy and integrity of all data entered
• Performing group data updates, exports, imports, clean-ups, and researches/reports on any data discrepancies
• Delivery of daily/weekly/monthly reporting as well as ad hoc data requests
• Troubleshoot and report technical issues to the HR IS team in our Brussels Headquarter
• Training of HR and non-HR system users on functionalities and new features/processes and routines
• Delivery of scheduled HR IS training sessions
• Cooperation for larger-scale projects with the HR IS specialist EMEA or Global for HCM system optimizations, new implementations and post-implementation support
As we are planning to change our Payroll System in Germany your function will be to support that transformation as well. Here your project management tasks will cover the following:
• Collaboration with subject matter experts in HR, Hotel Operations, IT, Finance and Payroll to deliver solutions for the selection and implementation of a new payroll as well as time and attendance system for our German Hotels and Administration Units
• Gain knowledge of how we are currently doing payroll and time & attendance tracking
• Determine if and how we can perform tasks more efficiently and/ or with less risk than in the current state
• Look into opportunities for automation, data cleanup, additional training, etc.
• Create a project plan to move forward with the change and implementation items
• Acting as the liaison between Radisson and the new system provider ensuring the project milestones are met and within budget

practice, knowledge and skills required:

• 3+ years related practice in human resources functional area, HR Generalist or HR Project Management function
• Knowledge of human resources, with an skills in compensation, benefits, staffing
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including influence, consulting and negotiation both English and German
• Good project management skills, with well-developed sense of urgency, precision and follow through
• Good relationship management skills
• Independent worker and definite self-starter
• capability to translate business needs into human resources initiatives
• capability to manage change across a broad and diverse population
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills
• capability to work independently and provide guidance and support to junior team members
• knowledge of HR systems such as Workday, Applicant Tracking & Learning Management Software a plus
