Maintenance Analyst

Listing description
Reporting to the Maintenance Team Leader, you will support business growth by analysing cluster maintenance result and related KPI?s. You will ensure that TP provides customers with high quality maintenance according to contract and service level agreement. You will identify and initiate actions contributing to the overall maintenance result and customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities:
? Lead communication and drive commitment in cluster to achieve maintenance measure targets.
? Drive improvement actions for maintenance measures (Examples of measures: MEC, Time to feedback, PAM, etc.)
? Drive continues improvement initiatives to improve cluster and global result in collaboration with central maintenance services and other clusters.
? Participate in CAM and 3PE Maintenance Recommendations import process.
? Lead analysis of maintenance information for business decision making
? Participate in analysis of cost, performance and operations related to maintenance to support the business
? Participate in supporting TKAM/TKAD with analysis of maintenance events and service contracts (Cost, Performance, Operations)
? Participate and provide input to maintenance demand planning (12 month forecast & input to Resource plan)
? Secure PAM follow up process
? Lead Maintenance Execution standard deployment
? Take care about Initialization (Optimization level, Responsible section, MU strategy, Local settings for responsible section)
? WO Handling (WO preparation i.e. Merging, add extra tasks, delete tasks , manual MU setup etc; Task checks, Sending to TKAMs for checking SP and other staff, Sending TS Admin for ordering/approval , WOs backlog

Required profile:
We believe you have
? High school diploma in mechanical or electromechanical subjects.
? Minimum 2 years of work practice within Technical Service or significant planning or customer service positions/
? High level TPMS Online and Asset Management knowledge
? practice with Tetra Pak filling equipments and food industry is an advantage
? IT literate, MS Office knowledge is strongly recommended, proficiency level in the usage of Microsoft Excel (Pivot & Macros), SAP R3 as advantage
? Good level of analytical problem-solving methodology, excellent attention to details and good knowledge of service business, service products and customers? needs
? Business acumen and good learning expertise are highly appreciated
? Self-driven, decisive, highly motivated, independent personality
? Good command of French and English both verbal and written
? You are able to function independently as well as a part of an international team.
