In this function, you will have a unique opportunity to operate, design and implement enterprise technologies across our global unified computing customer landscape.
You will part of the operational and application stakeholders to define requirements and develop architecture for scalable and reliable Skype for Business / Teams UC environment designed to meet business growth for 2018 and beyond.

Configuration, troubleshooting and support of complex Skype for Business / Teams UC deployments and the L3 incident / service request handling.
Ensure overall availcapability and stcapability of all Collaboration and Voice/Video Infrastructure technologies supported
Manage infrastructure projects or tasks (upgrades, migrations, maintenance, and new technology) to completion with minimal supervision.
Configuration, troubleshooting and support of Skype for Business / Teams systems and protocols , voice and video QOS.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Skype for Business and networking baselining concepts, planning for scaling the underlaying foundations.
Identify, Isolate and resolve complex voice and video problems to mitigate business impact
Evaluation, testing and planned deployment of new Skype for Business voice and video technologies
Troubleshooting of complex applications and network issues using various real time traffic analysis tools
Work closely with colleagues to meet team goals and improve processes and practices
Manage projects and maintenance / support tickets
Provide and maintain detailed network documentation
Execute performance and statistical monitoring and develop procedures and best practices to improve overall environment
Provides technical support for new and existing technologies in collaboration with other technical and management stakeholders

Uw profiel
Bachelor's degree (IT, Computer Science) or equivalent practice
Microsoft Skype for Business certifications
5 -10 years Information technology field supporting a large enterprise
Basic knowledge of routing and switching protocols
VOIP protocols, Anywhere 365 Contact Center is a plus, IM and Presence, CAC, Audiocodes Phones, & Voice Gateways, Skype for Business certified Polycom Phones and Video Equipment, troubleshooting and administration
Advanced skills in Skype For Business architecture and server functions, Voice gateways (H323/SIP/ ISDN) besides voice-related systems, applications.
Knowledge and practice with Microsoft Skype for Business
Having knowledge of Cisco CUCM 10.X and above is a definitive plus
Knowledge and practice with SBCs
Knowledge and practice with load balancer, wan accelerator, content filtering platforms
Fundamental knowledge of UNIX and Microsoft Server OS
PowerShell or comparable scripting and automation practice
capability to travel both domestic and international
